Love your body. Appreciate it. And let's keep it moving! The Spring Digital Series begins March 22.
Challenging 30 - 50 minute workouts utilize the five components of fitness (flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and coordination) which can be done from the comfort of your home, or outdoors if the weather permits. Dumbbells, resistance bands, loop bands and a little space are all that's required.
*if you do not have bands there will be dumbbell modifications
There are three workouts released per week on a Monday - Wednesday - Friday training schedule. Each password protected workout is posted the night before, and remains online for 48 hours.
*workouts are catered towards intermediate to advanced people; workouts are not recommended for beginners or people with very minimal fitness experience
