About the event
Adult Sports Practice / Bootcamp comprises 60 minute outdoor workouts that build the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, strengthen the body via resistance training, and improve overall flexibility. This is the perfect summer workout series for beginners and vets alike!
When: July 1 - August 26 every Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 6a, 8a, 9:15a
Where: Island Crest Park / Islander Middle School / Other Parks
Cost: 356.43 (early bird / 19 per session) / 422.09 (regular price / 22.5 per session)
*BYODB - bring your own dumbbells (and mats)
