About the event
Get out in the sun and stretch, run, and lift your body into the best functional fitness of your life. One-hour workouts will build the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, strengthen the body via resistance training, and improve overall flexibility.
When: June 20 – August 31 (no class July 4) every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 6:00a , 7:00a (begins July 3)
