About the event
Soak up some electrons from the sun as we increae flexibility and strength with low impact workouts that will improve the body's overall physical capacity. One-hour workouts will build the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, strengthen the body via resistance training, and improve overall flexibility.
When: June 21 - Sept 1 (no class July 5) every Wednesday and Friday
