OUTDOOR FITNESS returns to Genesee Park and Mercer Island for Summer 2022! Let's stretch, run, lift, play ball, and box our stress away in the outdoors. Sports Performance Specialists Yamar Washington and Katie Brodsky will lead one hour workouts that build the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, strengthen the body, and improve flexibility.
When: May 31 – August 19 (no class July 4 -5)
Times: 6:00a , 7:00a , 8:00a
Where: Seattle - Genesee Park (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and Mercer Island - Island Crest Park (Wednesday and Friday)
