OUTDOOR FITNESS returns to Genesee Park for Summer 2021! Let's stretch, run, lift, play ball, and box our stress away. Sports Performance Specialist Yamar Washington will lead one hour workouts that build the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, strengthen the body, and improve flexibility.
When: June 16 – August 26 every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
*class participants will be socially distanced
*no classes July 5 and August 2 - 3
